Media Services launches Records Management Consulting Services

(Kansas City, MO) – Media Services continues to expand its record management services by expanding with Records Management consulting.  The service will help clients develop, implement and manage their Record Information Management processes in a practical, legally compliant and cost-effective way.

The consulting services offered at Media Services involve a variety of different elements.  The core services include: Retention Development, Department Assessments, Policy Development, Transition Management and Managed Services. Media Services’ consulting team can help develop multiple solutions to support each company’s unique records management challenges.

Bill Millican is the lead consultant and brings more than 30 years of RIM industry experience to Media Services.  Prior to Media Services Bill served as the Director of Information Technology and Operations with ARMA International.  He acted as an official delegate to several organizations overseeing the development of standards, guidelines and best practices for the RIM profession.  Bill has served as the Director of Records for several of the largest law firms in Kansas City; now known as Husch Blackwell Sanders, Stinson Morrison Hecker, Polsinelli Shughart and Bryan Cave.  Bill has also served as a RIM Consultant with Elite Information System, Syndet Business Technologies, and eSentio Technologies
