Cornerstone Records Management Announces Acquisition of Archives Management Services

Columbia, MD – April 30, 2010 – Cornerstone Records Management, LLC announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Riverside, CA, based Archives Management Services (“AMS”).

“With a significant presence in the Inland Empire and additional customers across the greater Los Angeles area, AMS represents a fantastic fit with our existing presence in Southern California,” said Steven Sisney, President and CEO of Cornerstone.  “AMS compliments the acquisition we announced last week of MasterFiles, which is also located in Riverside, CA and further demonstrates our strategy and commitment to expand in this market”.

Started in 1993, AMS has capacity to store nearly one million cubic feet of records on its Riverside campus. AMS will become part of Cornerstone’s Western Division which is headquartered in Van Nuys, CA.

The acquisition of AMS represents the seventh acquisition completed by Cornerstone since June 2008, and reflects Cornerstone’s philosophy of growing both organically and through acquisition. 

Cornerstone is continuing to focus on rapidly growing its business in the Southern California, Denver, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets.
