December 15, 2016—Orange Park, FL—DHS Worldwide Software Solutions, the global leader in records and information management software, is proud to announce the release of Total Recall SQL Version 7.7 and Total Recall ENVISION Version 1.7. Introducing over 50 major features and enhancements, the latest releases of Total Recall Software provides RIM professionals new tools to move their business forward in 2017.
A few highlights of the Total Recall SQL 7.7 release include all new automatic email notifications, including notifications for individuals who have items retrieved past their due date. Eight additional fields have been added in the Total Recall Prospective Client Tool, designed to help better track new leads and win new business, and an enhanced customer search feature now allow users to search by any user defined field value in a single FBU or across multiple FBU’s.
The release of Total Recall ENVISION 1.7 contains new features designed to help increase efficiencies throughout the dispatching process. A new rapid work order print option has been added to the Dispatch Management Screen, supporting single or multi-print reporting options. The Dispatch Management Screen also supports the ability to reorder the grid columns and set the width of each column based on the user's preference. In addition, Version 1.7 features a new Driver Log feature, providing the ability to record a driver’s hours and mileage on the handheld scanner.
Coming soon in the Total Recall ENVISION 1.8 release, a new MapQuest Routing Integration feature has been introduced to the Dispatching Screen. The tool will provide users the ability to optimize routes, helping to increase route density.
