The Total Recall Envision Client Web Software provides a highly intuitive interface and many industry-first features.
Featuring an all new powerful search engine, customers can effortlessly search across all record types and reference fields in one, easy to use search. The colors, styles and look of the interface can be easily tailored to match the brand and service offerings of the record center. The new client web portal provides a more refined user experience when accessed from tablets and mobile devices.
Clients can request all RIM services, including hardcopy, data protection, destruction bin services and digital imaging requests. In addition to managing onsite and offsite physical records, clients can also manage electronic documents. Clients can even import and manage their own electronic records online, such as PDF, TIF, Excel, Word, JPEG, etc.
